1. Acceptance

By installing or using GigLedger (the “App”), operated by Kymbria (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the App.

2. What GigLedger does

The App helps drivers log trips, estimate cash expenses and profit, track mileage, and prepare figures for tax reporting. It is a bookkeeping aid, not tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying entries and consulting a qualified professional for your tax situation. Mileage rates shown are published IRS figures that can change; confirm current rates.

3. Your records

You control your data, which is stored on your device. You are responsible for exporting and backing up records you need. We cannot recover data after app deletion or device loss.

4. Free trial

Both Pro subscriptions (monthly and yearly) begin with a 3-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, Google Play automatically charges the subscription price shown at purchase. The one-time Lifetime purchase has no trial and is charged immediately.

5. Subscriptions & payments

Pro subscriptions are billed through Google Play at the displayed price and cadence (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Prices may change only on future billing periods with notice. Cancel anytime from Google Play → Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and does not produce prorated refunds from us. The Lifetime upgrade is a single payment granting Pro for the life of the product.

6. Refunds

Billing is handled by Google. Refund requests are governed by Google Play’s refund policy; request refunds through Google Play or contact us for help.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt our servers, or resell access. You may use GigLedger for your own legitimate business record-keeping.

8. Ads

The free version may display third-party advertising (Google AdMob). We do not control advertiser content beyond provider policies; ad interactions are between you and the advertiser. Pro removes ads.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free calculations from incorrect input, or fitness for a particular tax outcome. To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior 12 months.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may update or discontinue features; paid entitlements continue per these Terms.

12. Changes & governing terms

We may revise these Terms; continued use after a revised effective date means acceptance. These Terms do not override mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction (including your local consumer rights).
